1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and placing an order through our website (plusbake.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. ORDERING PROCESS
2.1 All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email or phone.
2.2 Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance, unless specifically noted otherwise on the product page.
2.3 Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email serves as the official confirmation of your order.
2.4 +Bake reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes.
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure online payment system.
3.4 We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options.
3.5 For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit of 20% may be required.
4. PICKUP POLICY
4.1 +Bake Cafe offers in-store pickup only. We do not currently provide delivery services.
4.2 Pickup is available during our regular business hours. Please check our website for current hours of operation.
4.3 When arriving for pickup, please bring your order confirmation (either printed or on your mobile device) and a valid ID.
4.4 +Bake is not responsible for orders not collected within the agreed timeframe. Items requiring refrigeration may be discarded if not collected on time for food safety reasons.
4.5 All items are baked fresh daily to ensure the highest quality.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Orders may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
5.2 For custom orders, cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
5.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified period, for no-shows, or for orders not collected.
5.4 In the event of dissatisfaction with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
6.1 While we make every effort to display our products accurately, the appearance of items may vary.
6.2 Our products are made in a kitchen where allergens are present. While we take steps to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen.
6.3 Our Asian-fusion products contain authentic ingredients, some of which may be unfamiliar. Please inquire about specific ingredients if you have concerns.
7. ALLERGEN INFORMATION

7.2 If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before placing an order.
7.3 We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens as our bakery items are made in a facility that may be contaminated with other allergens.
